History

Coleman's CAPCO Services, LLC (named for Carolee & Paul Coleman) was established in 1976 while they were stationed in Holland. They owned the Stars & Stripes bookstore on base and became involved in serving the personnel individually. Realizing the need for a 'service oriented' company, Paul & Carolee set out to make that the goal of the company.  Upon returning to the United States in August of 1982, they began managing residential rental property. In 2012 Paul passed away and Carolee is continueing this legacy of 'service orientation' with the assistance of her daughter Sabrina, as an Associate.  

Tenants

We manage some of the areas most desirable rentals. Our progressive staff understands that consistently working to improve the quality of service and attention to detail are the best ways to provide comfortable communities for the people who have chosen our rentals. Our tenants feel comfortable knowing that they will be able to reach a qualified employee who will address any maintenance issue as it relates to their safety or the integrity of their property.
